Summary

The property was originally subject to an alleged sale with pacto de retro from Macario Rosabal and Tomasa Valmoria to Ramon Neri San Jose in 1929, but was also sold at a sheriff's sale to Nicomedes Garcia in 1931, who later transferred his rights to Julian Mediante.
