In case brothers and sisters of the half blood, some on the father's and some on the mother's side, are the only survivors, all shall inherit in equal shares without distinction as to the origin of the property. (950)

Intellegal Wiki · In plain terms

When the only survivors are half-blood brothers and sisters, some related through the father's side and some through the mother's, they all inherit in equal shares. Where the property originally came from makes no difference to how it is divided among them.
