The provision
The titles of ownership, or of other rights over immovable property, which are not duly inscribed or annotated in the Registry of Property shall not prejudice third persons. (606)
Note on current application: land registration is now governed primarily by the Property Registration Decree (Presidential Decree No. 1529, 1978), which this provision supplements.
